Luna is a female 3 year old Bull Arab X who is up for adoption due to no fault of her own. They don’t come much more obedient then Luna. Luna sits, lays down, shakes hands with both paws and is very responsive to a whistle when you want her to come. Luna is an indoor/outdoor dog, who’s preference is to be inside with her humans. Luna is fully house trained & loves going for a drive in the car, open the door and she jumps straight in. Luna absolutely loves other dogs and is very sociable. She is currently in foster care with a Great Dane and they play all day long. Whilst in foster care Luna has not attempted to escape, does not dig and has not attempted to jump. In saying this Luna is a large breed dog who weighs approx 40kg, so she needs a big yard with lots of room to run and 6ft fences. Luna is a fantastic guard dog, always barks to warn off people walking passed, but quickly settles down when told to. Luna also has been attending a doggy day care once or twice a week, this is an environment that Luna absolutely thrives in. Whoever adopts Luna Must be willing to continue to take Luna to her usual doggy day care (Pet Hub in Thuringowa) minimum 1 day a week. Whilst in foster care Luna has not been around children. But has been said to be fine with them if they approach her. Luna is great to walk on the lead, she will pull when she see’s another dog, but that is only out of excitement. Luna is an extremely friendly happy dog, who will need regular exercise for her high energy. She loves the water and has been to the off lead dog beach 3 times whilst in foster care and absolutely loves it. Luna loves attention from her humans and will take pats all day long. Whilst in foster care Luna sleeps both inside and outside both which she is happy to do. Luna would be best suited to a family who is willing to have her inside as much as possible because she just loves being with people. Luna would be suited to a home with or without another dog. Luna will come with a harness, retractable lead, kennel, dog bed and her kong.
Luna is desexed, vaccinated, heart wormed, microchipped, wormed, vet checked, flea and tick treated. Luna is in foster care and is now ready for adoption. Please call 0409 184 685 between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday/Sunday to arrange a viewing.
To adopt you will need photo ID, proof of residence, as in a current rates notice or a rental agreement showing approval to have animals, as well as vaccination and desexing records for any current pets you may already own.
